Connexus is Navisimo’s official repair partner. Submit one request per watch using the form below.

How It Works

Submit a repair request. Enter the watch details, reported problem, and your customer’s contact information and shipping address.
Send the shipping label to your customer. A label will be created and available to download on the claim page. The shipping label and claim details will also be emailed to your brand contact. Forward the label to your customer so they can ship their watch to CX. If your arrangement requires customer-paid shipping, the claim page will provide those instructions instead.
Track the repair. Save your claim number to check repair progress and shipment tracking. Repairs typically take 7–10 business days after receipt.
We return the watch directly to your customer. Once the repair is complete, CX ships the watch to the customer and notifies your brand that it has shipped back. Return tracking will also be available on the claim page.
Quarterly billing. Repair services are billed on a quarterly basis.

For Navisimo inventory: Select Unsold / brand inventory. Labels cover shipping from Navisimo’s Everett location to CX and back to Navisimo.

Connexus Consulting and Navisimo are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to timepieces during transit to or from our facility. Connexus Consulting and Navisimo are not liable for pre-existing undisclosed damage, damage resulting from prior unauthorized repairs, or damage attributable to normal wear or manufacturer defect discovered during servicing. In the unlikely event of loss or damage caused by Connexus Consulting or Navisimo, liability is limited to the cost of the repair service only. Connexus Consulting and Navisimo are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind. Submission of a repair intake form constitutes acceptance of these terms.
